DRRT successfully hosted the panel regarding Shareholder Protection through Loss Recovery Litigation at the International Corporate Governance Network Miami on October 16, 2019. 

In this panel DRRT discussed shareholder engagement/activism as an important aspect of responsible asset management. The panel addressed corporate governance as well as enforcement as complimentary components of fiduciary responsibility. Eric Blinderman from Therium Capital Management spoke to the growing availability of litigation funding and the increased access to loss recovery opportunities available to institutional investors.
